Embarrassed on their behalf
If I could give 0 stars I would. I reached out to them to draw attention at their samples (I appreciate samples and I know they're not mandatory) I asked they revisit their samples as they provided a sample for a product that was created for people with a much lighter skin shade. I used this sample unwittingly while I was out in public as I didn't have my sunscreen with me. I ended up with sunscreen caked all over my face looking like a ghost in public. It was extremely embarrassing. They said they can't match samples with clients skin tone which is fair but you don't have to accept or even provide samples for products that are created for different skin tones. That would be the simplest solution to that since they are a strictly online store. Instead of hearing me they argued then blocked my email. I can't see how you expect to run a business with such rude customer service and lack of foresight
