Extremely Disappointed – Order #1145 Still Not Delivered After Over a Month

I placed an order with Skin Remedy on the 22nd of April (Order #1145) and to this day, I have not received my product. It has been over a month with no proper communication or updates from their side.

After reaching out, I was told it would be delivered “this week,” but that vague response is unacceptable given the long delay and lack of service.

This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected professional service and timely delivery, especially when it comes to skincare products people rely on regularly.

Skin Remedy needs to take accountability, improve communication, and most importantly, deliver the order or refund my money.
