Zero Stars

If I could give this institution zero stars, I absolutely would. Their priority seems to be debit orders, not the academic progress or well-being of their students. The entire operation gives off serious “fly-by-night” energy.

I enrolled in an 18-month course, which I have now decided to cancel due to their ongoing inefficiency. Their systems make no sense, and it is nearly impossible to find anyone knowledgeable enough to provide proper assistance. Study material is only released after every second debit order, which means that completing a 10-module course in the allotted 18 months is impossible—I would need at least 20 months at their pace.

No one has been able to explain or justify this system, and my concerns have been met with complete silence. Since registering in August, I have received only two modules. I have spent the entire month of November unable to study or make progress because they refuse to release the next module. This has made it impossible to stay on track and complete the course within the promised timeframe.

Overall, this institution has been an extremely disappointing experience and they should be ashamed.
