Wont remove me from email list!

I made the mistake by enquiring about a course at S****s academy a year or more ago, from that day I receive their marketing emails (spam) daily- things like "Want a Guarantee that you will never run out of time? At no extra cost? " If I click on the link to remove me from their email list the page displays "Sorry, but we were unable to find the page you were looking for." I even rep**** with stop, remove etc months before a lot of times. It is very frustrating! It just keeps on spamming me- Yes it is spam if you cant stop someone from emailing you!

Today, I phoned them at ********** the receptionist named Thabisile answered (take note: it is not Thabisele herself who is spamming me....I know that ) I explained my problem and gave her my email address- the specific one which they send me the unwanted emails too, she said my e-mail is not on the system (yes the one they use to send me the unwanted emails.) I talked for 15 minutes...... yes spending my time and paying mtn to stop them from spamming me. I gave her my personal cellphone number too. She tried to put me through to someone else, no one answered, then she tried to put me through to Cape-Town whoever is in Cape-Town I don't know? No one answered.

I am not sure what to do next? (By now I realised swearing at an email doesnt help.... :) ) And im not trying to get Thabisele in trouble, she did nothing wrong.
