Want to try S****s Academy? CAUTION! 5 min. of your time please - Please read this before you register

Looking for an online opportunity to study part time or just completing courses? S****s Academy will be one of the first places you will see on adds. It all seems very exciting, professional BUT - yes here it comes - before I agreed to anything I basically grilled a 'sales person' (do colleges/academies have sales people?) as I saw all the bad reviews here on hello peter , Facebook , google review. The guy explained that they had issue with people trying to get there High School Diploma blah blah, I decided you know what, just give it a try, give them a the benefit of doubt (as I only wanted to do a short course). The first two months went by far better than my expectations - received books on time , received constant emails, phone calls etc. In the middle of my first course I stopped hearing from them completely - especially with the whole lock-down issue (reasonably understandable) - they did not notify us how it will work - I had to contact them and had to wait for any replies but eventually received answers. Once again things went smoothly. About a month before I completed my first course with them I received a phone call from the head of the subject himself (nothing mayor) anyhow they ended up coaxing (kidding I wanted too as well) me into the further study of the same course I started with. I was really excited , more work, thicker books etc. Well - can I just tell you what a disaster this has been! You basically have to beg for your books, no emails , no contact from them - nothing! (So much for 'you the student comes first') After multiple emails sent to the support in regards to my textbooks they still kept sending either the wrong books and or even without a further study form my next and next subjects books (without me even beginning with my current subject) And just so we are clear (if you are reading this -S****s Academy) my account is fully with out a doubt up to date as I paid both my short and advance course UPFRONT ( I am really wondering if this was my mistake?Dear S****s - once you receive the money from the hopeful students do you just not care anymore? This will be the sentence you read to most from them - Please ensure that your account is up to date - basically meaning if you do not pay we do not care and will not help you ( I wonder if it worse when you pay them monthly or maybe better? As they want your money so they are more willing to help?) My conclusion : Please take away what you want from this and please know I tried to be as objective as possible so a person like me, like you becomes aware of the greedy company. At the end of the day it is still a business so money money money but then I would just like to ask them to STOP the false advertising because really you are disappointing people who do not deserve to be **** to, to be misguided by you. I am going to finish my course with them (yes I know why? Cause honestly I am almost done) BUT I will be a nuisance to them. On here , Facebook , Google review you name it I will be there. Can't wait to hear from you S****s (wink).
