Utter dissapointment

I signed up with S****s Academy and in their contract they state you will get your results within 5 working days. It has been since the 17th of April and I have not received any results. I received a confirmation email stating that they received my assignments and that was on the 17th of April and that I will receive my results within 5 days. Needless to say I have not received anything. I then sent a complaint through via email and received an extremely abrupt phone call, the more I explained that I am in the bank and cannot talk the more the gentlemen spoke. I then gave in and spoke to him and obviously got no answers, only that I should resend my assignments and that they have not received it. I resent it immediately. Once again it has been two weeks and still nothing. I then sent an email this morning stating that I want a refund as I have literally wasted my time and money and I then receive an sms stating that my account is on hold. I am so frustrated after paying allot of money and then being ignored. I do not want to carry on studying with S**** Academy, I want to make sure that people that are working and have children do not waste their time signing up with them.
