Useless call center consultant. Disgusting service

The stuff is unprofessional and have no interest in assisting. The consultant that called me was completely useless, sorry to put it that way. All I wanted to know was an estimation of the total amount I would have to pay if I wanted to do a certain course. Instead of providing me with information the agent told me to register first. He went on and admitted that he can not give me any information unless I register with them. Now I am asking myself how can I register if I do not even know what I am signing up for? How much should my budget be? How long does it take to do the course I want to do? Is there a specific period during which I can apply (just like with Universities)? Can I get admitted to a University with a certificate I acquired from S****s Academy? See, None of this information could be provided. I was only told to call again when I have registered. I think my colleague was wrong about S****s Academy
