Unprofessional and questionable conduct of skills academy

My child is registered with the above mentioned institution. She was suppose to have written one of her exams today 22 May 2024 but couldnt due to an exam pass that was allocated wrong by department of higher education and traing(dhet) according to skills academy. My issue is, my daughter notified them that there was an issue with her exam pass 2 weeks ago but they decided to drag their feet in sorting this out resulting in my daughter not writing her exam. After numerous attempts of getting of trying to get hold of skills academy so we could know the next step, my daughter was told on the day of the exam that there has been a mistake of wrong exam centre. On top of that we are now given a date to write today's exam in November 2024, my question is what happens to the papers that she's suppose to write in June 2024? After I raised this question with one of the girls that work there, she decided to drop the phone on me.
