The most useless place I have had the misfortune to study through.

Not interested in helping students. Only want your money. Endless hassles from just after receiving my first books. Now I am trying to cancel due to their lack of transparency, communication and general issues with bad service. Tutors are slow to respond to any queries. Having to get answers on Telegram and then still waiting for days. Having to send numerous emails to just get a simple answer. I am beyond frustrated and am now trying to cancel my studies with them. They cannot get it through their little brains that I have NOT received any books since September or October last year.

All i now want to do is cancel but they are dragging it out with endless emails and phonecalls about my reasons for wanting to cancel. Why must I explain 20 times that you are *********** and a complete joke to deal with!
