Terrible Service

I've signed up last year and have a few months left to complete my course...I paid, then I get a call 2 weeks later to say they haven't received payment...no study material was sent...then I email proof if payment still no study material I had to wait...I get a call month end to check if payment was made...then I'm told I have a new consultant, I recieved study [URL Removed] the module submitted an assignment...with no results up to date....then I recieved the same study materials again #Duplicated...I email for someone in higher management and no response...I'm very cheesed off...total *******
