Stay away!

Terrible experience!!! I contacted skills academy for a quotation on a course that I am interested in studying. I got a Whatsapp and email from Rachel Wills yesterday. She then calls me this morning at 09:24. I asked her to please give me a call back at 12 seeing as I am currently at work, she then has the audacity to respond to me saying what time later cause I am also at work. She then sends me a Whatsapp saying that she will not call me back and that she is also at work and I was being rude. I asked you to call me back at 12, how is that being rude? And aren't you supposed to be working with clients? How do you tell a client that you will not call them back. If this is how she acts and is okay with responding to potential student like this, I would rather not deal with Skills Academy! she gives them a bad name!!!
