Sooooo not happy

I don't think this review will make it on the website but I will NEVER NEVER EVER advise somebody to study through Skills Academy, since I have enrolled my daughter to study a R45 OOO course through them it is the one problem upon another, books expire, then you have to pay R1000 to get a new one, books never send and they never followed up if you have received what you where suppose to , sending books twice, sending wrong books, you send mails and they are not answered in time, computers goes off during Exams then it is insinuated its your fault even when you tried connecting to 3 different wifi's on 2 different laptops! NO NO NO never again thank you not even for free!!!!!!
