So much for "always being there to assist the students"
I am currently busy with a course. I have sent emails and I have phoned in. I was "promised" that someone will contact me as i urgently need assistance with a assignment.
4 DAYS LATER still no call back.
called in again and no one could assist because no one is there to assist me.... ARE YOU SERIOUS???????????????????????????????????
This is the worst Student Service I have ever experienced. I should I pay for a course if there is no possibility of getting hold of anyone when a Student urgently needs assistance on a assignment.
This is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never refer anyone to study with S****s Academy.

We have a Red Alert system for students who need help fast. If a student fills in the Red Alert form before 3 in the afternoon, we are not allowed to go home until we have responded sensibly to that student. You can get the Red Alert form here: https://www.s****sacademy.co.za/red-alert/
