Skills Academy worst experience ever

i have paid for registration, i sent my pop via whatsapp and emailed it.. no response the consultant i dealt with via whatsapp was very unprofessional and rude, not willing to assist, today she responded by saying (It seems like you are always in a Hurry, we deal with over 3000 students everyday with defferent charecters and differnt agendas,please be patient your request will be responded to)

how do you communicate with clients, very rude and arrogant ..however i was incorrectly registered for a course that i did not agree on, secondly they dont have study materials in stock..

what kind of school is this, starting to question myself if this is legit.. your heads are all over the place.. what a horrible experience.... hence your reviews and you dont seem to care... **** service
