Skills academy is a *****ster and I'm very unhappy with the terrible service and communication from them as for their call center department when registering for a course even worse they don't know nothing they provide incorrect information and then want to come to me after 9 months to say that the information and registration was wrong its not my problem and as I said to Griftyn that does not want to communicate anymore i want my refund or I will post all off this on social media and any another social platform that i can she advised me that she can assist and understands that it was not my fault and she will cancel and get me my refund and then comes back with **** feedback as to they cannot I want my money back or I will post all their names all over social media as they don't know **** that they are doing at they place they provide wrong information and then keep quite now when I want my money back pathetic service from them all if they cannot get their people trained properly to provide us as clients with the correct information its not our problem so I want my refund back.
