My daughter completed her Educare N6 Exams in November 2025 at Skills Academy in Bellville . When she received her N6 Academic report in January 2026 it stated 0 (results not calculated) for 2 subjects which she wrote in June 2025. When we enquired why she did not receive a mark since it was not on her report- feedback was she was not registered to write her N6 for June 2025 and she will have to rewrite her June 2025 exams. After proving to Skills academy that we have the registration that she was registered for her exams in June 2025 (which they should have anyway ) and emailed it to them - We have been ignored, been passed on to another person - but nobody is giving us any answers? It is virtually impossible to get an honest answer, with no escalation feedback? This is absolutely shocking! For 3 years my daughter paid her own studies, wrote each and every exam submitted each and every assignment- and now when she is very excited to received her reward, Skills Academy have no answer to why they have not her June 2025 exams results on her Educare final N6 report!
