Skills Academy! Give me my money! You have waisted my time to better my education!

Really a disgrace, *********. Paid R17880 just for the course exclude study material, excludes registration fees and excludes Exam fees. Registered for Exams to be written in June, Nearest Exam center was 200KM away from where i live. I drove through just to arrive at a non-excising Exam center. I Phoned Skills Academy and Spoke to Warren. No refund can be made to me and i have to re-register for November Exams with a different Exam Center. July i re-registered with a place that is 260KM away from where i live. Two Months prior to the Exams i have not received a Roster for exams. I tried contacting the Exam Center. NO ANSWER -Unreachable - Emailed Warren and Skills Acadamy - No Response. What do i do now i Have waisted my time and Money! Any advice on what to do i would appreciate.
