Skills academy

I'm not happy with skills academy, l have been wait for the statement of results for 2 years now, I have been writing exams but I don't get results, they don't try harder to get my results I want statement of results for N4 and N5 they just send me assignments results only, skills academy is disappointing me am so hurt and stressed about my results, they playing with my future and I want to apply but I have no statement of results, skills academy can I please have my statement of results, always you follow up with the department of higher education but I get nothing what's going on that's not how you treat your students I want the results please
