Shocking service!
I have recently registered with S****s Academy to further my studies. I sent through a list of questions regarding my course on the 7th February, my query has not been resolved to date. As I am unable to answer my phone during the day I have requested that they kindly email me back, to date no response via email. I have sent my email to more than one person, hoping to get a response, still nothing. I have even requested a Manager or someone in a senior position to assist me, no response. I have been dispatched the incorrect study material and it is an inconvenience for me to wait the whole day for the couriers only to receive someone else's study material! The service is shocking! I am on a pay as you study option, and this terrible service that I am receiving from this College is setting me back and making me fall behind on my studies. Please can someone assist me ASAP, as I don't see why my studies have to be delayed as no one is getting back to me regarding my queries and I receive incorrect study material! What is your turn around time on replying to students queries, and if they cannot answer their phones during the day, is it not possible to email a response if they so request? I have been waiting for over 14 days now! Please kindly assist me...

My apology if your queries have been not handled in time but I have checked in our system and saw that my colleagues tried to get hold of you on several times and some of them managed to spoke to you on Friday and also explained to you what happened. But as you indicated in your query, we will keep communicating with you via emails since you cannot answer your phone during the day. Your books have been dispatched in time but the courier made a mistake and deliver your books to the other student but they will drop them again at your place today at 9:45 and please be available to answer your phone for the courier as well.
