Poor service from admin department

The admin department is very poor. I finished my studies in February 2019 and never received my certificate. The couriers keep emailing me and said the package failed to be delivered because the package is not ready to be picked up from s****s academy. The academy stopped responding to my emails about where my certificate is. Really it is unacceptable.
