Poor communication

I signed up March 2022, and completed the course Nov 2022, Skills Academy outsourced the course to Finlite to facilitate, but I made payment to Skill Academy, therefore I am their client.

This in now a month shy of one year and I am still waiting on my formal completion certificate, I queried it with Finlite who stated that it is still with inseta, and Skill Academy who will get back to me but never does
