Pathetic service

<p>I am a student at skilss academy where i have set up a direct debit with the college.The college took the direct debits with no problem for two years and suddenly stopped taking it with out me knowing.This has caused so much stress as you can imagine there is now a oustanding balance. I am now being told that they cannot send me my new study material because of this and i am now making manual payments.</p> <p>What a disappointment!!!</p> <p>They take forever to send study material and now one comes back to you when you send a email.</p>
