Pathetic customer service

I am currently studying through skills academy and cannot wait to complete my qualification so I never have to deal with them again. They are so unprofessional and rude specifically a consultant named Vuyelwa she has tarnished the image I've had of skills Academy. They don't reply to your queries or give you incorrect information and then just blatantly ignore you. Their attitude is terrible and makes it seem like they are doing you a favour. Please if you have a choice do not register with this company ever.
