non delivery of assignment

I have been waiting for the next batch of my assignment since November 2014 and I have been calling getting promises that they will follow it up. apparently they sent it via courier in December. Today is the 2nd of February 2015 I still have not received my assignment. I'm very disappointed. I'm considering involving my lawyers because monthly fees are being debited but there's no sign of my assignments.
