No timetable after exam registration confirmation

What a horrible experience during the most crucial time, examinations. I informed skills academy 2 weeks ago that I am not getting my timetable, what's worse there's not even a marksheet. Now am sitting here not knowing whether I should continue studying for the other 2 modules, even if they allow me to write at the centre they say, people who sit for exams without proof do not receive results. You guys are so ***********. Am so disappointed in you. That time I settled my account.
