No study material, no response Terrible Academy !!

So i joined Skills Academy in January , i then transferred my course on the 3rd of March , i then made my transfer payment on the same day and sent in my forms all on the 3rd of March , by the 1st week of April i still haven't received my new course material i then got told that my transfer document got lost as they were busy moving and so on , i was then at first held responsible for March fees but refused to pay as how can i pay for something i don't have i then spoke to so many different people in the course of one month and each time there is a different story , i then got to Tinashe he promised to sort all out i now still haven't received any feedback regarding my cancellation and refund of transfer fees since the 5th of April as i decided i cant study at a Academy which states the student comes first and so on but they do the total opposite the service is absolutely horrific !!! I want my Cancellation to be processed ASAP and my R400.00 transfer fees refunded i told them i will take this matter further even if i have to go to newspapers and Radio stations as i have all proof of what a TERRIBLE ACADEMY this is i will never advise anyone to study through them run far away !!!
