NO PEOPLE SKILLS FOR SKILLS ACADEMY

I have sent a few e-mails to skills academy regarding payment. Because of medical issues I had to be off work without payment. I tried to make arrangements. I sent an e-mail to Nabeegha Mohamed. She was polite and helpful but advised that she forwarded my correspondence to the agent working with that account. I was contacted via Whatsapp. no greeting no name. After that I received a very rude and abrupt e-mail from Penina Ncube. Also no good day nothing. my son was refused assistance, but gets rude whatsapps stating that he is behind in assignments. If this is the SKILLS that SKILLS ACADEMY portray I am sorry for the people considering to study with them. I have also confirmed that Whatsapp or e-mail is my preferred way of correspondence due to my work. Still they are trying to call me on my cell.
