Lack of Proficiency

I am writing to express my frustration with the lack of urgency and proficiency displayed by Skills Academy in resolving the issue I have encountered. Despite bringing the matter to their attention on NUMEROUS occasions, there had been little to no progress made towards finding a resolution.

The delay in addressing this issue is unacceptable and has resulted in me having to do the work for them. It appeared that my concerns and queries were not being taken seriously, and the lack of proactive action from their end is deeply disappointing.
