I REGRET ENROLLING HERE!!

I just submitted my first assessment and I REGRET enrolling with this establishment. They send a dozen emails welcoming you saying if you have any questions feel free to ask, when you do ask NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING! It's back and forth with you asking and them saying they will escalate the matter.
