HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I had the most AWFUL experience with someone from this institute today!

I requested a call back through your website as I was interested in a few courses.

A lady phoned me today, told me she was from Skills Academy, I advised her I couldn't talk at that moment because I was at work - this WOMAN THEN SHOUTED AT ME, REFUSED to call me again and CUT THE CALL!! I am HORRIFED that this is the calibre of people this institute employ! I WILL NOT be doing ANY courses or recommending this institute to ANYONE! I am disgusted!
