Good at first then Bad
When I first enrolled with them, they were quick to deliver my books and kept me up to date at all times, even before my enrollment fee was paid. I was very deligted with their service. I have submitted assignments and got a reply on the 26th January I will receive my marks within 5 working days. It is now over 5 working days. I sent follow up mails and have not received any feedback. I called and the gentlemen I spoke to said I will receive them shortly. What really annoys me is one of my friends doing exactly the same course submitted her assignments after mine and she has received her marks back within the 5 working days.

12 Feb 2018, 10:15Our apology that you felt like we have not been delivering our service in time but I have checked our records and find out that the lecturer tried to email the results to the email address that was provided on registration but they keep bouncing back. However, I resend the assignments to the alternative email address provided after the call.
