False advertising
False advertising and promises. I enrolled for the Human Resource Mangement National Diploma N4 to N6 with them in June 2025. Received my first books in the first week of August 2025. Last night we received an email to say that the course will no longer be accredited by the Department of Higher Education and that we need to write exams for all four N4 subjects by Nov 2025. This is impossible as I have only received one subject's books and all assignments needs to be submitted by the 15th of Aug in order for me to even register for exams in November. I would never have enrolled for a R53K course that was not accredited.

- Your NATED qualification is still fully accredited and recognised by DHET. What has changed is the availability of future exam opportunities, not the value of your qualification.
- The reason we sent the recent urgent communication is to ensure you don’t lose the chance to complete your N4 qualification in time.
- We are actively prioritising support for all students in your situation—including fast-tracking assignment feedback, study support, and exam registrations.
- If continuing with the NATED stream does not feel right for you, we can assist with transfers to alternative accredited programs at no additional cost.

Today is the second day that I am attempting to just get copies of the study material so that I can comply with the ridiculous deadline of submitting 12 assignments by 15 August. Talking to your Student Onboarding Expert, Ashley, has been beyond frustrating.
You are pretending to not have known about this course being phased out - but yet a simple research shows that the Department of Higher Education has been saying this will happen since 2023. Yet you are stills selling the N4 to N6 National Diploma in 2025. And now you want to act like you didnt know?
It is not our fault as students that this has changed. We are willing to do our part by submitting the assignments on time but then you need to come to the party and make exceptions to your "policy" about only supplying study materials with payment. You are not willing to refund us for money wasted if we cancel this falsely advertised course and you are also not willing to be lenient by supplying us with the necessary study materials that we need to be successful.
