False advertising

I have studied with S****s Academy before and thought they were excellent, hence why I chose them again for further studies. The main attraction is of course the fact that they advertise 'pay as you study', meaning that one only pays until the course you signed up for has been completed. I made double sure about this before I signed up. The course I chose was given 8 or 12 months ( the info on their documents contradicted the time line) So I signed up, completed my first assignments and requested the next study material and bang! 'sorry we cannot send it to you as you have to make at least 3 payments and we can only send one subject per month'! So I complained and after my kind rep spoke to her boss, the next subject's study material was sent to me and the promise that I need not worry as their new policy which states that one must pay 6 months before the so called ' only pay while you study' policy kicks in. will not affect my studies as I have signed up and paid deposit and first month before their new policy was released.

So I submitted my next assignments and requested new study material - this time I must pay 6 freakin months before I can get my new material! If I had 6 months to complete short courses I wouldn't mind but I do not have this much time for a simple course!

I have lost the money I have already paid. I have put in a lot of time and effort in order to get my projects done and also notified a new potential employer that I am busy studying the course required by their company in order for me to actually get the job.

I am upset because of the false advertising by S****s Academy. the adacity they had to change their policy and then back dating implementation causing all who believed they could study at a cheaper rate if they were willing to put in the time and work , to now have to pay at least 6 months!

I was told that the average time people take per subject is 3 to 4 months. None of the subjects are that hard so I believe that S****s Academy do make up their money when people take longer to complete assignments and end up paying longer.

S****s academy could also save money if they distributed study materials as per students requests instead of paying a courier company to deliver one subject at a time (most courses have a minimum of 6 subjects!)

Needless to say, I had to cancel my course and all my effort was for nothing. And to think I have referred so many students to you! Shame on you!
