Dissatisfied

I am busy studying and am having endless trouble with getting answers from the staff, as well as the notes have spelling and grammatical errors. I also noticed when doing my assignment I had to ask to get the answers for my incorrect answers and I was marked incorrect when the question was according to the lecturer when asked why my answer was marked incorrect due to how the question was asked was actually correct, I got told 'questioning not proper' we also are asked to do case studies and work for assessment. The assessment work doesn't get marked and when asked why no one can give an answer. I have for my two assignments so far got 95 & 100% & was told I should consider not doing distance education rather do face to face as obviously I can't work on my own!!! Um. I beg to differ considering the marks I have received for my assignments. When I asked for help from the lecturer, he literally copied it out of the book, which was not the explanation I had asked about. I also asked for another lecturer as I was receiving no help and got told no other lecturer as well as that it is the study groups job to assist me not the lecturers!!!! Excuse me!!!! What is the lecturer job then? Nothing is moderated and therefore notes and study work has lots of mistakes in what we get. We are paying a lot of money for our courses and not one person is willing to assist you. They decided because I kept on persisting with these matters because I'm not getting any answers from them, that they will pay my money back to me and I shouldn't be studying through them. That is my decision, not theirs!!! was told that the CEO would contact me on Thursday the 30th of June, it is now the 2nd of July and I still haven't heard a thing from anyone. This is not the first time it has happened that no one contacts me, it is actually continuous!!! I'm feeling so let down!!!
