Dissatisfaction about SKILLS ACADEMY failure to uphold to their promises as stated in their college 2024 and 2025 prospectus.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disapoinment by the colleges failure to uphold to their promises as per information outlined in their prospectus for 2024 and 2025 for prospective students. I think their departure from the following promises it's unfair and unacceptable to the students as well as the person responsible for paying fees. The following promises made and not adhered to include the following: 1. Fast study material delivery. My concern about this is that it's been almost two month since the assignment was submitted and to date on 9th September no material has been sent to the student, instead we are told the college gives students two months to work on their assignments and that the college only send material after every two payments and that if we would like to receive material faster there is an option to make double payments, which is contrary to what is stated on their prospectus. 2. Finish fast policy and pay less which allows students to study at their own pace but if they complete their course earlier than scheduled duration they can stop the payment earlier. * This has not been adhered to as the student completed her studies faster in October 2023 for her first course but the college kept on deducting money at end of October and November. They even deducted another instalment on 15th December without my permission or prior warning which was financially inconveniencing for that month. They went on to deduct at the end of January when I ask why deduction in January and I was told the January payment was for the release and postage of the final results and certificate which amounted to R765 the same as tuition fees. These were not mentioned in their prospectus. 3. Their assignment submission policy states that, "while Skills Academy emphasised flexibility, at least on assignment per month is required and students who don't submit may be flagged for additional support. This has now changed to two months waiting for material to be delivered.
