Dissapointed

<p>when I finished matric, I signed up with S****s Academy to study for a Diploma in beauty therapy. Well it was all good for the first 6 months when I had Godfrey as a tutor. He always made sure I got my materials, made sure my assignments were marked within 5 working days. anyway, he left, I was now with another tutor named Fortunate who I refuse to deal with, number one she works from home so I get all my marked assignment weeks after I have submitted them, I have not recieved a phone call to check how my studies are going. so I got gatvol and phoned in and asked to speak to someone who has brains and who works at the actual office. so I now deal with Victor, who has tried numerous of times to make sure I get my quesries sorted out. I give credit where credit is earner.. however, I requested two subjects to be sent at once as I am then done with my diploma.. firstly my stuff gets delivered at the wrong address, so i had to drive 45 minutes out of town to collect my p****l. secondly, i get to my assignment part and guess what, half my materials were not supp****.. so I am now in contact with Victor, while contacting victor he sends an email to Clifford, which Victor cc"s me in it so I get proof of the mail going to him. anyway, I wait and wait and no respond, a day later Im back at Victor asking what is going on. its a simple matter that can be sorted out. well, only when I get nasty does Clifford respond to me, but tells me that they didnt have stock back at the distribution centre. my question is why not inform me before sending out my materials? why not communicate about this? whnever there is a problem, I am left not knowing on what is going on, when I query it I get answered three days later. the service I have been recieving over the last months with S****s academy is really disgusting. with all the strike going on at universities I thought studying correspondant would be much easier, well that idea went down the drain as Now i sit here unhappy with the services I recieve. not only that, I have set time lines for when my assignments must be completed but with all the delays WITH EVERY MODULE AND ASSIGNMENT, I cannot stick to it. money does not grow on trees. I wanted to finish this course last year already.. never been so let down before.. sick and tired of waiting around for lazy people to get jacked up about getting things done!! now i wait another two week before doing my practical, really annoyed right now!!</p>
