dishonest and misleading

I cannot belive how dishonest and misleading this institution is. Firstly i enrolled my younger sister to study because we were told the course is for 6 months we knew by february she will be pursuing another course hence we chose 6 months with skills academy because she would be done by january. Come february i still got debited, when i enquired they said because she is still behind with 2 modules. Modules that they delay sending so that they can continue to debit my account. She finally submitted her last module and got results by April. Then i got debited again end of April. I phoned to enquire again and they told me because her assignment was marked in April so i asked why dont you reimburse me for the months i paid n you didnt send her any assignments?why charge me end of april if we are done with your services? Stop misleading people and be honest. We work hard for this money and you just come with your dishonest behavior and take it. A company without integrity or dishonest employees brings the business down. I need a refund of my hard earned money!
