Disappointing

Its been almost 3weeks that im waiting for my 2nd module. Numerous phone calls and emails to both the courier company AND s****s academy but still NO call back or update !!!!You offer the study fast and pay less option but HOW am i suppose to do that if delivery takes forever and your customer service is non existant
