Debit order deducted to soon

Good morning,

I was interested in studying Retail Management, I filled in my application for and submitted it. My debit order date was set for 1 August 2022, however they deducted the money on 1 July 2022. Now I have t struggle in order to get my money back. How can an institute treat it's students like this.
