Bad service: Keep on Taking

I required a study "break" of two months by filling out a form at postnet/mi office and emailing it to them. Only to be deducted an amount of R1,900 that I could not actually afford to pay. They just want more and more money. Never mind that I was fortunate to have a part-time job for a short while and naturally got behind on my studies. Now it is happening again. I paid for a 5 min phone call where they said they WILL freeze my account. They will not deduct from my bank account too. This was about 8 days ago. Today they deducted another R950. Good course but from my experience, really slack service and attention to detail.
