Bad service

On the 9 or 10 I contacted this company to tell them that my debit order must not go off on the 12/12/25 due to my pay date is on the 19/12/25. They did debid order my account on the 25th and took about the last money I had in my account. I've been trying to get through to them by asking my money back but to no avail. Only got a e mail stating the money cannot be refunded. No debi mandate was sent to me. This college is in a disarray and I can't get hold of no one since 13:00. This has angered me so much. I will never recommend this college to anyone
