Bad service and no answer on call centre numbers!!

I have been trying for the last month to get hold of somebody for an extension on my course which was paid for in cash upfront. Eventually after 3 weeks of phoning somebody contact me and then got my extension forms, submitted it and still no response. In the interim I requested for a transfer on my course and to date have still not received an answer. This morning I tried both call centre numbers ***and ***and no answer.<br> <br> I get the impression that as long as my course was paid up in full and upfront they don't care!!!!<br> <br> I am so not impressed with this college anymore!!!
