Bad Service Absolutely Bad!

I enrolled my daughter at Skills academy in 2023 for a 24 month course. We managed to make payment every month. My daughter didn't pay R850 beginning of August and she gets a letter of demand in terms of Section 56 of the Magistrate'Court Act 32 of 1994. My daughter works at a place where they are not allowed to answer calls. The consultant said she phoned her to follow up and find out when the R850 (one month payment due) will be paid, when she didn't answer she send her that letter. She refused for my daughter to make payment on the 15th, she refuse to take pro Rata payment now and the balance on the 15th. She said they want full payment today. Her account will be handed over. Like I explained her account is up to date only 1 month late payment and this is the type of treatment we are getting from them. She refused to understand the reasons my daughter gave her for not paying. When we enrolled they made it sound like it's ok for you to not study if you are unable to pay and continue again when you've made payment. Now they send letters of demand. They are a bunch of Rude, Disrespectful People!
