Absolutely horrible service

Extremely bad service from 3 of your advisers, misinformed and funds taken out of my account after being told it would only be taken a month from then, I've been dealing with a Clauday via email and telephone who mislead me firstly with first payment dates and then I speak to someone via whatsapp who ignored my request for her name, I also asked for call recordings and transcripts to which I was advised unable to get as you are out of office LMAO!!!!! Have someone else contact me about a reversal of funds and payment method change as I am being ignored on the whatsapp channel, I still have all emails and chats but first I need my funds
