Very bad service

Firstly I want to start from fibrestream to over from you there service is the worst I have ever seen, I'm very disappointed in the service what they give me, the people working there have no idea how to do there own work

2 weaks back I've signed a form to upgrade my internet to a 50mb uncapped up and line the sales person name was damain, he actually send the paper work twice to operations department, I'm phoning them everyday and all what they say is it wil be active in 24 hours, but according to the accounts department and operations department they did not receive any form yet.

So you tell me in 2 weeks from sales department to operations department there is no communication

I spoke as well to 2 managers and they just promised me sir it wil be on tomorrow

Until today there is no feed back from skifi or fibrestream

Last Sunday I wrote an email on the support page they did not even answer me

All what they do is tell you a bull**** story

What they don't understand is there is more than one internet service provider in kempton Park with lots of deals currently my money is good for them as well

So tell me why must I stay with you if your service is up to ****
