Absolutely useless!!!

I received my router with no problem. Now I am trying to set it up with My username and Password (Supp**** by SkyFi which I did not get!) Calling them for the last 3 working days and no one can give me my Login details! The one lady I got in hand which handles my account said she was waiting for the ISP. So I called the ISP myself and there is still no account on there side!!!! I told her this and she said with an attitude 'okay hold on' then the phone went on voicemail. Called back immediately and she has left the building!! This is after calling her the entire day, how hard can it be to be my details if you have them! *** man!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely useless!!!
