Outstanding powerball payment!

Still awaiting payment on my powerball winnings!

I won powerball last week on my Capitec banking app. By 4 numbers to be precise. Yes it's a small win but it's really something. Instead of receiving notifications of this win, I get notifications of my small daily lotto winnings, R4.70 etc.

I called the bank to enquire and they referred me to Sizekhaya saying they can't do anything from their side. I then tried to contact Sizekhaya and to this day there hasn't been any response.

I wrote them a message on their website and still no response
