Sizekhaya new national lottery operator does not pay your winnings. I won R20 on powerball but Sizekhaya failed to credit my account with my winnings. Beware.

What a headache! Not sure why they changed the format on their website but now I cannot even place bets! Some numbers don't appear on the screen, can't view my profile, can't play quickpick or plus bets. What a mess they have created!!!!

Sizekhaya new national lottery is ****ming people:- 1. It's expensive 2. Complex 3. No transparency on carryover winnings 4. Regulator and Ombudsman must investigate this **** 5. Previous operator Ithuba was best and transparent 6. They increased numbers to make it more difficult to win.

Last week I re-registered on the Lotto (South African National Lottery) website because Sizekhaya Holdings is the new Lotto operator, & players are now FORCED to re-register for some retarded, braindead reason since the 1st of June. I loaded money onto my new profile's wallet, & bought tickets. Yesterday when I wanted to buy tickets again, the Lotto players' webpage was NOWHERE to be found - only Sizekhaya Holdings' corporate web page came up on my search feed. So I phoned the helpline that appears on the corporate web page, & was told that the players' webpage was 'down', that it wasn't known for how long, & that that's 'how it is'. Sizekhaya Holdings' takeover of the Lotto from Ithuba has been chaotic, to say the least, & this situation has proven that it's a ***** outfit that won the bid to be the new Lotto operator because of the main shareholders' shadowy, insalubrious, questionable links to Paul Mashatile & his family - who ALWAYS give off a faint stench of *******ion & questionable business dealings with state & semi-state entities. Thus I have concluded that South Africans should NOT pay money into Lotto wallets - Sizekhaya Holdings might just disappear with your hard earned money forever, without compunction.

Sizekhaya Holding should not have given away the Powerball Xtra jackpot to 3 people who DID NOT win the powerball jackpot. They must be made to put the jackpot back and role it over as the conditions of winning the POWERBALL jackpot clear - you need the POWERBALL!!!

I cannot understand how this company was awarded the contract for the National lottery. Almost one month after taking over the lottery they still can't provide terminals to retailers as the don't have stock. For a small retailer this is not just a inconvenience but a loss of income when customers decide to go elsewhere to do their purchases because your business still does not have a terminal and the customer decides to do their purchases where terminals have been provided. Shocking that sizekhaya did not have the ability to take over the lottery by the date they took over. No retailer who app**** in timeshould stillbe waiting for a terminal. Very poor service and no response to queries via email or whatsapp
