Worst services at Sissy boy Canal walk

I bought a dress cash at Sissy boy jean at Canal walk, I went back the following day to take back the dress and ask for a refund. They told me they don’t have money and I must not come back until they call me to come get the money because business is slow. I asked how many days must I wait and they said they don’t know and they can’t estimate either. I needed that money for an emergency and sissy boy said I must wait for however long it takes for them to make the money. So I unprofessional and disappointed that I can’t my back immediately when I need it!!!!
