What's happening sissy boy?

My mom (Joelene Rose) bought a sissy boy ankle boot for myself at Edgar's Tygervalley and not long after one of the the shoes started canting to the side, I've only recently taken it to have it checked out thinking that the heels need to be replaced even though I haven't worn it much. I was told that the heels are fine and that it is the shoe Alignment that is out. Edgar's will not take it back and I love the shoe is there any way that you can help me with this as it is a manufacturing issue.
